Welcome to our Izzy & Stella Designs Custom Layout Fabric Cuts, Cotton Lycra Collection. These custom designed cuts are typically 9"h x 14"w.

These special sized fabric cuts are used to make a variety of items including, but not limited to: tumblers, masks, pop sockets, applique, fabric pens, pop sockets, a panel in a sewing project, plus in many other craft/sewing projects.
